Christmas drink 2019
For the third year in a row, the Danish-French Chamber of Commerce and Copenhague Accueil had the pleasure of hosting the last event of the year, once again, at the splendid Galleri Tom Christoffersen.
The evening started with a tasting of Ladegourdie Vinimports fine white ‘Le Glögg 2018’, which, apart from being delicious, fulfills UN World Goal 17 on sustainability.
The guests where then welcomed by President of the Danish-French Chamber of Commerce, Anders Torbøl, in both French and Danish. He introduced Elena Kremenchugskaya, consultant for the Chamber, who informed the guests of a new project commencing in 2020 : the new Young Danish-French Chamber of Commerce (YDFCC) specifically for the ages 20-35, with events of business and networking cocktails. Find more information about the YDFCC by clicking here.
Afterwards Tom Christoffersen, owner of the gallery, talked about the creative links between Denmark and France, and the constant inspiration of French art shown by Danish artists such as Albert Mertz, J.F. Willumsen and Jens Adolf Jerichau.
Last but not least, was a presentation of a new project in Denmark by Joelle Bordiga and Elisabeth Tinseau, who presented the upcoming Danish version of ‘Le Petit Journal’. It is an online edition of the newspaper for the French-speaking community and it already exists in 65 cities. For more information, please click here.
The glögg provided by Ladegourdie Vinimport was a perfect match for these announcements with its twist of French sophistication and Nordic touch. Afterwards the guests enjoyed the drink while having the opportunity to network with the approximately 100 participants.
A great thank you to Ladegourdie Vinimport and Galleri Tom Christoffersen for a delightful evening.
