Office Administrator & Order packaging support
Are you an organized and proactive individual looking for a varied role in a dynamic workplace? We are seeking a mature and reliable person with strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a positive attitude to support both our office and pharmaceutical warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and email correspondence.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to prepare reports and maintain records.
- Assist with light office duties such as making coffee, watering plants, and ensuring a welcoming office environment.
- Support our pharmaceutical warehouse team with packaging goods when needed.
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain workplace organization.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong administrative background with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Friendly and approachable, contributing to a positive office environment.
- Willingness to work and assist in the warehouse as needed.
- Mature, responsible, and a team player.
